Reports to: VP Sales and Marketing
This position is accountable for policy and strategy development relative to corporate marketing and sales activities and their effective direction to ensure maximum
penetration of all product offerings. Must organize and execute a dynamic marketing and sales program serving diversified markets.>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and growth of products in designated region to include Food Service and Retail customers with both Private Label and House Brands.
- Develops and manages Broker network.
- Responsible for the development of marketing plans and strategies for the achievement of corporate marketing and sales objectives.
- Controls the development and execution of general sales promotion and advertising strategy.
- Directs the development of operating budgets for functional area and established controls.
- Coordinates and directs meetings, conferences and convention programs to achieve a maximum direct product exposure and promote sales.
- Represents Company at regional and national trade shows.
Education and Experience:
- Four year college degree in a related field preferred.
- Three years of sales experience in the food industry.
